With a Masters Degree in Economics, Latif brings a keen mind and a passion for not only financial management, but also property management. For more than 30 years, Latif has nurtured relationships with a number of vital corporate partners and developers and has successfully steered the growth of the Online Property Management. Being on various boards of directors for schools, hospitals and condominium corporations, Latif’s knowledge and experience with property management is versatile. With a strong focus on customer service and delivering professional management, Latif will ensure your corporation receives the attention it requires and deserves.

Director of Operations
Mauro has been in the property management industry for over 15 years. His strong technical background ensures that the operations of each corporation are running smoothly and properly. He also acts as a liaison between condominium corporations and developers in resolving performance audit deficiencies and sign offs. Mauro is a well-respected individual with contractors and trades, yet he maintains a professional working relationship with board members in the execution of their contracts and ensuring that the contractual obligations of their service provides are adhered to.
